Gratitude Exercise (Hindi)

This audio exercise will make you feel grateful for a beautiful gift that life has given to you without any conditions.
Not only will you feel gratitude for that but you’ll find a solution to one of your long pending issue.

Do this exercise preferably at a place and time when no one will disturb you for about 12-15 minutes.
Use headphone for better experience.
Don’t do this exercise while driving or working with any machine.
